Description: Product Manager needed to develop and improve the digital end-to-end service delivered to end users.
Minimum Years’ Experience: 4 Years.
Key Skills Required:
- Practical and working knowledge of software development and product management.
- Experience of improving systems and streamlining processes.
- Experience in supplier management.
- Experience of data analysis.
Areas of Responsibility:
- Prepare and maintain analysis and knowledge to understand user needs for their product. Act as a central contact point for all digital and technology matters related to the customer’s product.
- Accountable for all aspects of digital/technology live service support and improvement.
